Working Principle

The working principle simply say that it is to make the stone in the natural descent process and after the impeller accelerated thrown out of the stone mutual collision, so as to achieve the purpose of crushing. The accelerated stones and the natural fall of the stones collide to form a vortex, and return to the process of two crushing, so the wear and tear of the machine’s impact plate in the operation process is very little.
Stones from the upper part of the sand making machine directly fall into the high-speed rotating turntable, under the action of high-speed centrifugal force, and the other part of the umbrella-shaped way of diversion in the turntable produces high-speed impact and high-density crushing force to the stones, after repeated impacts, and then it also will form a vortex movement between the turntable and the casing to cause many times each other to strike, friction, crushing, and small sands will be discharged from the bottom. Through a closed-circuit multiple cycles, the finished sand can be controlled well by the screener to achieve the required particle size.
