Working Principle

The vertical shaft stone crushing machine is driven by a motor rotor in the breaking chamber high-speed rotation.

The materials from the upper feed into the machine is crushed by the impact of high-speed hammer, shear and grinding.In the lower part of the rotor, a sieve plate is set.The particles smaller than the size of the sieve hole are discharged through the sieve plate directly, and the coarse particles larger than the size of the sieve hole are being kept on the sieve plate to be hit and ground by the hammers. Finally, the small enough materials will be discharged from stone crushing machine by the sieve plate.
