Applications

The gyratory crusher is mainly used for the secondary and tertiary crushing of hard ore and rock in the industrial sectors such as metallurgy, mining, chemical, cement, construction, refractory materials and ceramics. The crushing compressive strength is not more than 200MPa, and the feed size is up to 450 -1000mm, average discharge size ≤ 5-8mm.

Applicable Materials

Limestone, Granite, Gabbro, Basalt, River Stone, Coal Gangue, Quartz, Diabase,Iron Ore, Copper Ore, Zinc Ore, Manganese Ore, etc. (for Hard Stones).

Working Priciple

By utilizing the rotational motion of the crushing cone in the shell cone cavity to compress, split, and bend materials, various hardness ores or rocks are roughly crushed. The crushing chamber is a circular space formed between the crushing cone and the fixed cone. At any moment, some of the material is crushed and simultaneously discharged downwards, which is a continuous working system.
