Working Principle of Heavy Hammer Crusher

The main working part of the machine is the rotor with hammers (also called hammer head). The rotor consists of main shaft, disc, pin and hammer. The motor drives the rotor to rotate at high speed in the crushing chamber. The materials are fed into the hammer crusher from the upper feeding port and crushed by the striking, impacting, shearing and grinding action of the high-speed hammer. In the lower part of the rotor, there is a sieve plate, the crushed materials smaller than the hole size of the particle size through the sieve plate are discharged, larger than the size of the screen hole of the coarse particles remain in the sieve plate to continue to be subjected to the hammer blow and grinding, and finally discharged out of the crusher through the sieve plate.
