Working Principle
The double rotor sand making machine is mainly composed of a main body, a crushing plate, an upper rotor, a lower rotor, a pendulum, and a rotary drive device.
Driven by dual motors, two sets of rotors connected in series rotate at high speed at the same time. After the materials are crushed by the superior rotor in the inner chamber of the machine, then which will be immediately finely crushed by the hammer head of the rapidly rotating lower rotor. The materials in the inner chamber collide rapidly with each other, crushing each other, achieving the effect of powders. Through repeated cycles, the finished materials with qualified particle size are discharged through the grate controlled discharge port.
