01 Reduce the humidity of the material reasonably

If the humidity of the material is high, it is easy to stick in the crushing cavity, and it is also easy to be blocked in the process of discharging, which reduces the production capacity of the impact crusher. Therefore, for the materials with large moisture content, it can be taken to air drying or drying in advance, which can reasonably reduce the humidity of the materials.

02 Pre-screening of materials in advance

Pre-screening materials in advance, screening out large and powdery materials for processing, so that the ore materials entering the crushing chamber are more in line with the design requirements of the impact crusher, and effectively improve the capacity of the impact crusher.

03 Increase the motor power of the main motor

Within the range of rated power, the higher the power of the main motor, the higher the production capcity of the impact crusher, so it is better to increase motor power to improve the production capacity of the impact crusher within the permissible range.

04 Increase the rotor speed appropriately

Experiments show that with the increase of rotor speed, the production capacity and crushing ratio of impact breakers have increased significantly, but the speed should be increased appropriately, otherwise it will accelerate the wear and tear of the plate hammer and increase the power consumption, in addition, regular maintenance is also very necessary to ensure the efficient production of impact crushers.
