Description of Cone Crusher
Cone crusher is a kind of high efficient crushing equipment widely used in mining, construction, highway, chemical and building material industries. It is suitable for crushing ores and rocks with high hardness and high abrasiveness, especially for metal ores and construction sand and gravel crushing operations. The design of cone crusher includes three types of coarse, medium and fine crushing, which correspond to different crushing requirements and product size respectively.
Working Principle
The working process of the cone crusher is that the motor drives the eccentric sleeve to rotate through the transmission device, which makes the dynamic cone rotate and swing under the compulsion of the eccentric sleeve. The area where the cone is close to the static cone forms the crushing chamber, and the material is crushed by the extrusion and impact of the cone and the static cone. When the moving cone leaves the area, the material which has been crushed to the required size will fall down under its own gravity and be discharged from the bottom of the cone.
Technical Features
- High-energy design, i.e. high input power/volume (mass) ratio.
- Adoption of the principle of laminated crushing, especially in the fine crushing field.
- Adoption of computer control and modern hydraulic technology.
- Large crushing ratio and high production efficiency.
- Protection of wearing parts, low consumption and low running cost.
- Rare lubrication, reliable and advanced, improve service life.
- various crushing cavities, flexible application, strong adaptability.
Cone crusher has a wide range of applications in domestic and foreign markets due to its high efficiency and high capacity. With the national construction of expanding domestic demand, infrastructure construction increased, the demand for sand and gravel materials and related crushing machinery increased dramatically, the market prospect of cone crusher is getting broad. The most important application fields of cone crusher are cement industry, paving and mining, the crushing applied in these industries each accounts for about 31% of the whole industry.
