01 Oil temperature is too high

Reasons: Poor oil quality or insufficient oil; bearing damage; high ambient temperature, be short of cooling water or low cooling water pressure; cooler clogging.
Solution: Change oil or refueling; replace bearings; supply cooling water or increase cooling water pressure; clean the cooler.

02 Oil temperature and pressure rise
Reasons: Oil pipe or oil groove blockage, safety valve failure.

Solution: Stop the machine to check and repair.

03 Low oil pressure or no oil flow in the indicator after the oil pump is turned on.
Reasons: Low oil temperature; oil pipe blockage or oil pump is not working properly.
Solution: Heat to improve the oil temperature; repair the pipeline or oil pump.

04 Oil contains a lot of fine mud and impurities.
Reasons: Sealing and dustproof device failure; water pipe clogging or leakage caused by lack of water.
Solution: Stop the machine to re-seal or clean and maintenance, replace the new oil.

05 Oil level rises when enough oil in the oil tank.
Reasons: Water in the thin oil station; cooler leakage, and the water pressure is greater than the oil pressure; small cone crusher water supply is too large or the return pipe is blocked.

Solution: Cover the shed on the thin oil station, clean the oil tank and replace the oil; overhaul the leakage or replace the cooler, reduce the water pressure, clean the oil tank and replace the oil; adjust water supplying or clean the return pipe, clean the oil tank and replace the new oil.

06 Strong vibration of crusher
Reasons: the machine base fixture is loose; the crushing chamber is filled with hard-to-crush materials; the crushing chamber is clogged with too much material; the fittings are broken or worn out; the lubrication is poor so that the main shaft is tightened by the bushing.
Solution: tighten the bolts, grouting; check the feeding materials carefully; strictly control the feeding supply; downtime to check the fittings; replace the damaged parts, overhaul the oil pump and pipeline.

07 Strong vibration of the crusher, high rotation of the crushing cone
Reasons: lack of oil between the spindle and the liner or dust in the oil; conical liner clearance is insufficient; bowl bearing tile wear, the contact surface deep into the inner circle, the cone body sinking.
Solution: Overhaul or replace the bushing, spindle, etc., and find out the reason for lack of oil; adjust the bushing clearance.

08 Faster acceleration of the speed of the dynamic cone
Reasons: The cone sinking or spherical thrust bearing damage; taper bushing upward movement resulting in insufficient clearance with the spindle.
Solution: Adjust the gap.

09 The drive shaft rotates unevenly, that makes a strong knocking sound after the pulley rotates, and the moving cone does not move.
Reasons: Gear wear or damage; coupling key damage; spindle fracture.

Solution: Stop the machine to replace the gear, and adjust the meshing gap properly; replace the coupling key; replace the spindle, do the work of iron removal.

10 Audible splitting sound when crushing or idling
Reasons: Loosening of the liner; impact of the liner of the movable cone or fixed cone. Solution: Stop the machine to check the tightness of the screws and the zinc layer.

11 The coupling rotates after the knocking sound and the crusher does not move.
Reasons: The coupling key or the transmission gear is broken; the main shaft is broken.
Solution: Disassemble and replace with a new one.

12 Uneven rotation of the drive shaft, generating a strong knocking sound
Reasons: Unqualified installation of bevel gears, poor meshing, excessive clearance, excessive axial clearance of the drive shaft or the gear is broken.
Solution: Correct the meshing gap or replace the gear.

13 Impact sound occures, the support ring jumps up, and then work normally again.
Reason: Other materials fall into the crushing cavity, and it is easy to cause the main shaft to break.

Solution: Install the iron remover.

14 Discharged materials too large
Reason: The liner plate is seriously worn. Solution: adjust the discharge opening, reduce the size of the discharge opening; replace the liner.
